Karen Chamberlain

Acting Faculty

Karen Chamberlain holds an MFA in Acting where she studied with William Esper and Maggie Flanigan. Following graduation, Karen was invited to train to teach The Meisner Technique by William Esper and taught at his studio for ten years. In addition to teaching at The William Esper Studio, Karen taught full-time for The BFA Professional Actor Training Program at Rutgers University and was the first On-Site Resident Director of The Rutgers Conservatory at Shakespeare’s Globe, London. Currently, she teaches Acting at NYU and The Maggie Flanigan Studio.

Karen continues to act professionally, is an ensemble member of The Collective- NY, a Theatre and film Production Company, and loves working as an on-set coach.
