TV credits include dozens of guest appearances in episodics and TV movies. In 2014 Paul was nominated for a SAG Award for Best Ensemble for HBO’s Boardwalk Empire. Stage credits include Broadway & Off-Broadway. He received an OBIE AWARD for his performance In “Blade to the Heat,” at the Public Theatere. Paul co-wrote the cult classic The Bad Lieutenant, starring Harvey Keitel. He’s co-produced several indie films. He’s Co-Founder of Labyrinth Theater Company; where he directed productions starring Phillip Seymour Hoffman; Sam Rockwell; and Stephen Adly Guirgis. Paul’s a member of the Actors Studio. He’s taught at the School of Visual Arts; Lee Strasberg Institute; and is an Adjunct Professor at NYU Tisch’s Graduate Film Program.
